What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept major Credit Cards or PayPal as payment options.
Paying with PayPal:
You will need a PayPal account in order to pay using this service. Simply choose “I Wish To Pay With PayPal” on the Checkout page.
NOTE: We cannot process orders by phone.
Where are you located?
We are an online retailer.
You can also find our products in fine Sporting Good Stores across the country. Go to our “Dealers” page to search for a Dealer near you.
How Much Is Shipping?
We charge a Flat Rate shipping fee of $7.95 per order. On most orders, the cost is higher than $7.95 and we pay the difference.
Your order will ship within two business days by Priority Mail from the US Post Office. You will receive an email notification with a Tracking Number once your order leaves the Post Office.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund minus shipping costs or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
All orders submitted from North Carolina will be charged the current 6.75% sales tax rate.
Where Are Your Products Made?
We are very proud to say that all of our products are made in America. It is possible that some components such as hooks, swivels, etc., are made outside of the United States.
